Voucher Purchases
Voucher bookings are essential.
Vouchers are valid for 30 days from purchase. Failure to make arrangements for an extension via email (info@bellanova.co.za) will result in your voucher(s) being forfeited.
Extensions can only be done for a further 15 calendar days not more.

Services & Bookings

Failure to honor your booking is subject to your session, booking, voucher and/or deposit being forfeited.
It is imperative that clients honor their booking times as lateness with result in your service being cut short.

Groups of four and more will require a 50% deposit to secure booking.
